NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 2. Bulk reel: 141Time: 6:30 to 7:30 AM. Cloudy after rain. Bird ~ 2 km west of camp. It was singing in distance and came closer after playback of field tape prepared from Cut 1). Quality: 2. Level: 0.Near end can hear another bird which sang quietly near at hand and I suspect might be the female. (Don't confuse with Myrmothera campanisona which sings in background through whole recording.) Quality: 1-2. Response to playback: Approach.
