Observation details
Found by Krish Maypole and hung in all morning. Received word of it while looking at STFL in Petaluma. Made my way south, bypassing bird, and returned home. Grabbed bike, rode back north, and found bird from my bike, without binocs, as it foraged on grassy hillside between concrete footpath and train tracks (37.7591815, -122.4277679). Easiest rare bird ever.
