Observation details
Bright lime green crown extending to nape,, back and rump, prominent white eye ring on pale grayish face. Bold yellow wing bars. Cocked tail. Pale whitish underparts with no sign of chestnut sides. Appeared in brush near water feature, slowly working it's way to the water where it stopped to bathe. Seen for about 2 minutes! Immature male/female.
