Observation details

Digiscoped video taken. Size comparisons made to other species present, noticeably smaller than nearby Snow Goose, tiny bill much smaller than Snow Goose without "grin" on sides. White phase had white body and wings with black primaries, head small and rounded, tiny pink bill.
