NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 12. Bulk reel: 136 Natural song. Quality: 2-. Level: +3. Then song, given after playback (two times) of the last recorded natural song. Quality: 1-2. Level: +3. 203 tape. LN. Note: Three birds were collected: 1) The first is the one recorded and is male #7515. 2) The record (male #7514) apparently had a song similar to the first, although it was not singing at the time it was collected. 3) The third (male #7516) had a "lower" voice, in the sense that each figure seemed to lack the high-pitched inflection, seemed more "rounded." (It may be that females sing a less developed but similar song to males.).
