Observation details

Was reported a few weeks ago by Christopher Yoder. This was my third try. I first noted a BCCH feeding in crabapple trees then the CACH followed so I was able to observed the plumage differences. The Carolina was slightly smaller with an overall grey tone to back and nape. The grayish-white edges on the secondaries was noticeable compared to the bold white edges on the BCCH. The vocalizations didn’t quite match but the plumage seems good.
