Observation details
Immature individual, mainly harassing terns but it flushed essentially everything (thousands of birds!) several times. Dark brown seabird with white wing patches and light barring on underside, not as bulky as would be expected for the much rarer Pomarine. The bird was sitting on the ground when I left. Photos. Comparing with photos of the September 5-8 bird seen a week before, I think this is a different individual (especially see facial markings on https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/240843106)
