Observation details
Definitely a falcon, most likely a Kestrel. Need to look at photos on the computer as BoC was too dark. Tail length leans towards Kestrel. Mostly gliding with short bursts of flapping, 3-4 wingbeats. Bird did seem large and not 'lofty' though.
