Observation details

Found by David Mathieu. Juvenile. Actively feeding, walking on lily pads in short, circular-ish motions with frequent changes in direction. Clean white belly. Red/buff on chest to base of neck. Short, black bill. Dark stripe through eye. Dark cap on head. Terrible digiscope pic due to distance.
