Observation details
This one is hard for me. It seems to have a shorter black bill (top and bottom) than the YBCU. It does not have an obvious yellow eye-ring or a red one either. It has a mostly gray back and upper wings, but it has some buffiness on its primaries like a YBCU. It could be a Black-billed, or it could be a second sighting of the Yellow-billed Cuckoo shown above, or even a juvenile YBCU or BBCU. I just don't know.
