Observation details
Medium sized falcon, closer in size to AMKE than to PEFA. Head, back, wings, and tail dark brown, contrasted by creamy white on legs, breast, shoulder, and throat; tail has whitish terminal band. Flew from South pool to a dead branch at West end of the causeway; after a minute or so, flew back to the south, and looped to the east. Several photos taken.
