Observation details
(29.0369014, -96.5179379). Three adults. One chick. Photos of chick and adult on nest. Large Ariel raptor. White head. Black wings and tail. Deeply forked long tail. Seen soaring and feeding in flight. Sitting on nest. Nest can be found at the lat and long posted first. Location is on the sidewalk. From sidewalk look towards river. nest is in the top of the tree furthest from sidewalk and closest to creek. Nest can be seen directly from base of tree, but you can see babies from sidewalk through neighboring canopy.
