Observation details

Nominally HO Pretty good recordings, especially the third cut (ML622178379). I realized post-facto that a bird I saw and described during the antbird movement (not exactly a swarm) was quite likely the male of this. Under "bird sp," at the time I noted: "Antbird described on recording as more less dead ringer for Dusky, which should not occur. Should have audio to review. Darker blackish cap noted above dull dark gray plumage."
