Observation details

Flagged as rare but becoming annual at this location. I thought this bird looked hump-backed and contrasty enough for LBDO, but the white on the uppertail seemed better for SBDO. Matt Hafner and Mikey Lutmerding both convinced me otherwise. This bird was in the north cell.
