Observation details

Adult transitioning from breeding plumage. Still some remnants of rufous on shoulders and head. Black legs; bill slightly down-curved and longer than SESA. Dark center of tail with white outer rectrices. Chevron shaped markings on breast. Associating with SESA. Pic added
