Observation details
A single individual was at rest on a floating piece of junk/fishing apparatus. A sudden frenzy ensued once people realized that this bird looks different from what we have been observing so far. The choppy sea made sure that photographing it was tough but in the end everyone seemed to have had good view or record shots.
