The resolution of the Coolpix is nothing to write home about, but by jove, there 'e was! Bobbed and waded about for a few solid minutes in there.
Observation details
Highly skittish; one seemed to enjoy bobbing & poking its bill into cracks around the flat, wet, concrete area, and upon my return at 5pm, both were on the north border between the concrete slope and the brush by the lakeshore.
