Observation details

Seen over beach road just outside of Tide Swamp. First spotted as it flew over road. Quickly relocated and then observed circling while moving southbound. Mid-sized raptor, "hooded" head was very distinct. White leading edge on underside of wing, with faint checkerboard pattern on trailing edge. Tail with thin stripes as opposed to thicker stripes of BWHA.
