NOTES: Neotropical Institute Cut # 39. Bulk reel: 130 Weather: Fair, cloudy. This bird sings with a "yodel" like Frisch's Brazil bird. This is not accidental, for I have heard it several other times. Quality: "2". Level: +5, +10, 0. Then another bird with normal voice is heard, too. Then some "chirring" sounds that have to do with the "control" of the two birds. At first these [are] barely audible. Quality: 3. Level: +5. Then both birds singing. Notice the odd bird has less "yodel" in the first song although its next song (at end) has full yodel again. Quality: "1". Level: 0. [Recordist did not indicate type of microphone used. He indicated that he used a parabola but did not specify make/model.].
