Observation details
At the back of the Fish Hatchery marsh on the north end near the water pipe. Reported earlier by Rad. Sparrow with yellowish orange buff face markings, light crown stripe, crisp streaking on underparts, purplish spots/streaks on the nape. It was foraging very close to the path in the winter creeper vines and dead leaves away from the water. Also perched for several minutes in a low branch before resuming foraging. Pics tba
