Observation details
Continuing short, pale pink wader with large spoon shaped bill. Preening and foraging in Bedford County. The bird was spooked by a pontoon a couple times and flew wide into Amherst County and Lynchburg City, looping back around to the same spot. I spent a good deal of time trying to photograph it despite the fading light, as it was exceedingly tame overall and approached me directly (I need a shorter lens)
