Contrast between pale rump & rest of dark upperparts fairly visible.
Observation details
Lifer! Seldom seen dark, mid-sized swiftlets seem to be Germain's. First thought to be Ameline until pale rump seen. Fairly sure they're not the previously seen Gray-Rumped or Pygmy Swiftlets based on their forked tail, gray-brown underparts & larger size. Flock seen swirling over local school. Hopefully can get better pics in the future.
