Observation details

****MEGA. Originally found by Kim Wylie and Brian Vigorito. Sub-adult. Small head, dagger-like bill, long snakey neck. Buff breast and neck. Long tail (tips of left retrices worn off, the right ones tipped in buff). Black plumage otherwise, with long wing plumes. Dozens of photos.
