Observation details

First detected at 0730 giving “ts-lick” song from grassland dotted with alfalfa and other forbs, near 44.2993955, -100.7785521. Point is on private property but the bird can be heard from Bunkhouse Rd. Continued singing through 0915 when we left the area. Seen briefly on multiple occasions, but is furtive and stayed within 2 feet of the ground.
