Observation details
A large noisy flock of Bushtits was foraging in willows and cottonwood trees along the north section of the Lion Trail. They were constantly moving from tree to tree, often at mid to upper canopy level, making photo taking a real challenge (most of my dozens of photos of the trees they were in failed to show a single bird) -- binocular views were good, however. Very small bird with a round body, very long tail, overall gray-brown in color without any obvious markings, with a very short bill.
