Media notes
This hybrid was most like a Townsend's but without any yellow on the underparts. This is the same individual as is present in ML620683279, ML620683280, and ML620683284.
Observation details
One hybrid seen near the parking area of the south viewpoint was very like a Townsend’s but lacked any yellow on the underparts, which was white and strongly streaked in black. The second hybrid was more typical, looking more like male Hermit but with strong streaking to the underparts, which was also yellow across the chest. The third was rather similar to the first but with just a little yellow on the underparts. This last one was seen at the north viewpoint.
