Observation details

Photos. With about 70 Laughing Gulls on rocks on Eastern side of Stratford Point. Franklin’s presents smaller and darker than LAGUs, with a noticeably smaller, straighter bill. Also more prominent white eye arcs. Did not get to see it fly when a fisherman flushed most of the gulls. Other birders think this gull could be one seen previously by Julian H.
