Observation details
Continuing bird found with the invaluable help of Russ Lambs scope and the teamwork of Vince and Carol. Bird seen for 30 minutes in two locations a couple of times in flight showing black underwing coverts and narrow white wing bar. Poor record shots taken in the glaring sunlight showing these key features.
