Observation details
One bird singing late in the morning (~0945) at 35.87833, -85.26728 First heard by Patrick from Eastland road. Classic song heard well (short, repeated “tsezlik” notes). In a loop fashion, the bird perched on a bare shrub and sang for several minutes, disappeared into the grass, then came right back. This occurred the entire 20 or so minutes we watched the bird prior to leaving the area.
