Observation details
Behavior first caught my attention. Actively chasing prey. Heavy dark bill, dark legs, dark feet. Juvenile white morph seems to be the best fit though it has yellow lores. Right by the stairs to the inlet, very cooperative, came closer to me as I photographed.
