Observation details
Heard calling frequently from within the east side of the Patch off and on for two hours. Never was able to get a visual on it, but was able to get multiple recordings of calls, which consistently were of a clear, whistled quality, rising in the center. Never heard any burry calls typical of a WEWP. Merlin, which I used to record it, consistently identified it as a Western, but even the closest whistled calls that I researched by that species did not seem to rise as much in the center of the call.
