Observation details

Rare…state first. Continuing off the boardwalk. Slightly larger than a RBGU, with a darker mantle but not jet black. Wing tips however were all black. There was a noticeable white rump followed by a black tail. Outlining the tail on the edge was white. Long yellow bill that had a red and black tip. The red was easily seen.
