Observation details
What appeared to be a hybrid warbler, that looked on the surface most like a female American Redstart, but with two distinct wing bars (instead of a yellow wing patch), reduced yellow in the tail and no yellow on the chest. I suspected an American Redstart x Chestnut-sided Warbler hybrid based on what I could see. I got several outside expert opinions (Michael O'Brien, Kevin Zimmer, Brian Gibbons and Brennan Mulroney), all of whom felt that this was indeed the most likely combination---a previously unknown hybrid combo?
