Observation details
I was sure when seeing this bird that it was a SSHA--bug eyes, gray nape, seeming smaller than the usual COHA around here. It was only here for a couple minutes... all I could get are poor cell phone photos. But a few minutes later an AMCR landed on the same branch....and looked to be the same size. Since a Sharpie would be rare here this time of year, and I didn't see anyone else reporting it, I'm not either.
