Observation details
I got a lot of pictures to add of this bird. I had seen a scissor-tailed in this general area last year on two different times about six weeks apart. I was round baling hay and this bird would fly up within 10 foot of the machinery several times. It was actively feeding on insects. It would feed and fly off. I have not been able to pin down where this bird spends most of its day. Later in the day, it came into the yard while I was mowing with a lawnmower. Again feeding on insects the machine stirred up. Over the course of about 3 hours, i likely observed this bird about 10 times. Feeding and flying off.
