Observation details

**RARE BREEDER**We found these birds not anywhere near an enclosure so perhaps they are not yet on eggs? Many photos taken. Although we could have caught them with a net,or even reached out and grabbed them with our own hands, we chose not to. Also, a female sitting on nest at 3rd St. N. Nest at 8th St. N. was not attended by either parent - I went during the afternoon and then, too, neither parent was attending the nest. PIPL-Sauble
