Observation details
Continuing bird. Apparently seems to be regular here, although I'm not sure when it was first seen. A stunningly beautiful bird, and surprisingly tame, too. It was seen in the northeast corner of the north pond, about 30 feet from the shore. After a few minutes, it started swimming closer to the shore until it was only a few meters away. In summer plumage. Seems to be feeding great; frequents a shaded area in the northeast corner where it seems to catch small fish with ease.
