Observation details
I saw it from far away in a grown over pooled area of Ballard Creek. I took a lot of pictures because it looked pinkish and had darker pink on its head and I hoped it was a roseate spoonbill. It was burying its bill in its feathers most of the time, so I couldn't really see whether its bill was long and spoon-like. Alas, it was, I learned from my pics, not a spoonbill but, I decided, a muscovy duck, though it was all white and living out in the wild. I'll upload a pic in case my id is wrong. :(
