Observation details
Continuing. When we first arrived there were two birds, one with a large breeding knob on its bill and another without a knob. They both took off a couple of times, but finally one took off alone, flew far to the north and then came back heading south over the marsh, leaving the first bird behind. We could not tell when or if the bird flying south landed.
