Observation details
Very surprising! Male bird- distinctive. Seen well foraging in the "restoration wetland" area near the Osprey tower, northwest of the dunes (along wildlife trail.) Several poor digital-noc pics of bird and habitat obtained. Will add to checklist ASAP.
