Observation details
Flew in from the north at 7.48. with some Bar-tailed Godwits. Fed for a while and then flew back towards 13 th Avenue as the outgoing tide exposed more feeding ground. Smaller and darker than Bar-tailed godwits beside it. Black auxiliaries showing as it flew in. White wing bars, white rump and black tail seen.
