Observation details
They were sitting on the fence at the food lion retaining pond. Unmistakeable, bright legs, bright bill, white on side of wing. When I pulled back around to stop and look they were in the pond area. I don’t even have my bins so no pics. This is very close to where I saw a pair fly over the highway in summer of 2022.
