Observation details

Awesome! @ (39.612843,-120.181152). First picked up singing distantly before I even played mob tape. I listened to it sing at least 25 times before I tried mob tape, where I saw it briefly when it came in for just a second. Small warbler with white untacs and belly, blue head, yellow breast and throat, chestnut chest band, white wing bars, and white eye arcs. Song was a distinctive buzzy rising trill. Had a nice comparison with an OCWA song as one was singing nearby. Tried to record the song, but between the creek noise, light wind, and other closer birds singing nearby I'm not sure any of the recordings turned out. (one recording barely turned out, it sings starting at 4 seconds in, but is mostly drowned out by other birds).
