Observation details
Super cool bird for the Inlet. Juvenile. White cap starting to come in. I first noticed an all back pigeon fly right by us off the jetty. Flight pattern clearly different than ROPI or any dove. We watched it land in some trees off the shoreline and then Marcello and Carl walked the beach and got some nice photos.
