Observation details
Found by Cody at the Iron footbridge. Large yellow warbler with slightly orangish head and breast, large black eyes, sharply pointed bill, bluish wings without wing bars, and bluish tail. The song was very loud and piercing, Merlin did not recognize it. Also of note was a loud, somewhat raspy chip note. The bird flew back and forth across the river while I was there and gave some tremendous views in the willows by the bridge. I came back later in the day and it had moved a bit north up the river but again spent most of it's time feeding in willows on green caterpillars.
