Observation details
First heard him singing from my chokecherry; as it became darker, he ventured onto my waterfall feature; wary; he drank, then bathed in one of the waterfalls!! I have many photos. This species regularly migrates along the Front Range but is rarely seen. I heard one singing in May 2023 in central Boulder County. It and other migrants are attracted to the noisy waterfall. I have pictures of the Veery bathing and drinking.
