Observation details
Originally thought this was a pine warbler, but reading about the pine / blackpoll / bay-breasted trio in Advanced Birding by Kaufman, the streaked back would rule out pine. My best thinking is that this bird is a Blackpoll warbler, based on these points: - long continuous streaks on the back (when looking directly at the back) - black eye line with contrasting pale supercilium (although these features are a little muted) - relatively heavy streaking on the breast - white undertail coverts, continuing the same color with no contrast to the belly - legs are brownish, which is ok for younger Blackpolls, but also one of the photos clearly shows yellow soles of toes.
