Observation details
Singing bird that seemed to be on territory at edge of field north of visitor center (Bradstreet Hill; seen best from Drumlin Trail). Singing BWWA song with mostly BWWA plumage, except for yellow-tinged wing-bars, likely indicating some Golden-winged Warbler gene introgression/ancestry 3 or more generations back as it was not a F1 Brewster's or F2 Lawrence's phenotype. Sound recordings and photos obtained. I thought this was enough of a Blue-winged Warbler to count here as this species rather than a hybrid (initially), then changed to hybrid designation.
