Edit: It's the alarmcall of Eurasian Scops Owl. https://xeno-canto.org/740487 listen to this and https://xeno-canto.org/500416. When listening to nightjars. Twice the call that sounds a lot like buzzard. But would be super rare here on the island and also weird for it to call at night. Maybe somebody has an idea? I will add sound and spectogram
