Observation details
Found by Mel and Ilya yesterday and reported on the RBA. Behind the horse stables. Had a slight golden hue but hard to really tell in the backlit sun. One bird lifted its wings and I captured a photo which showed no black at the base of wing like the BBPL. The white “ S” stripe was narrow and its bill narrow.
